Our cycle is as follows (to my knowledge), with most of the switching around being done in the initial stages.

      Define core purpose
      Identify aims and objectives
      Prepare budget
      Apply funds
      Devise project plan
      Find project partners/participants
      Develop protection procedures
      Train
      Plan workshop content and timetable
      Source venue
      Source equipment
      Implement workshops
      Set ground rules
      Train basic camera skills
      Explore visual literacy
      Go on outshoots
      Upload / Discuss images
      Identify personal project ideas
      Edit/caption images
      Discuss implications of image use
      Complete consent forms
      Project celebration
      Contact policy influencers
      Exhibition
      Disseminate outputs
      Monitoring/evaluation
      Compile funder reports

We will approach the project using a cultured centred approach. Engagement of stakeholders and knowledge translation will be key in the project looking at the impact of climate change on mental health in an indigenous community.

We will approach organisations to work with us – though we already have a partner organisation that will help with recruitment.

Project cycle – getting ethical approval from research ethics committees will come before actually starting on delivery and we will ask participants to fill in consent forms before their engagement in the project. we will also need to train our co-facilitators and involve them in designing the workshops.

Yes, this is interesting. Olly has highlighted what we will be doing in Guyana.
